Terms of Use for the Fifo Community

These rules keep the forum honest, the threads readable, and the meetups safe. Read them once, then go argue about setlists.

What the Forum Is For

Fifo The Club is a discussion space for music fans, concertgoers, and festival regulars. You can post gig reports, trade vinyl recommendations, share backstage stories, and organize local meetups. The boards are organized by genre, gear, and region, so keep your posts in the thread that fits the topic. Promotional spam, repeated self-promotion, and off-topic rants will be removed by moderators without a warning.

Your Account and Your Conduct

You are responsible for everything posted under your account. Do not impersonate artists, venue staff, or other members. Do not share private contact details of other users, and do not post content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal under Indian law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules, and we will cooperate with authorities if a post crosses into criminal territory.

Content You Submit

When you post a review, photo, or story, you keep ownership of your work but grant Fifo The Club a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. This lets us show your gig photos in thread galleries and feature standout reviews on the front page. You confirm that anything you upload is yours to share and does not infringe on another person's copyright or privacy.

Moderation and Removal

Moderators are volunteers from the community, and their decisions are final in most cases. We may edit, move, or delete posts that violate these terms, and we may close threads that spiral into personal attacks. If you believe a decision was unfair, contact us at info@fifotheclub.com and a senior moderator will review the case within seven working days.

Limitation of Liability

Fifo The Club is a platform for discussion, not a ticketing agent, promoter, or venue. We do not verify every claim made in member posts, and we are not liable for inaccurate setlist information, cancelled shows, or disputes that arise from meetups organized through the forum. Attend local events at your own risk and use common sense when meeting strangers from the internet.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the community grows or as legal requirements change. Significant changes will be announced in the announcements board at least two weeks before they take effect. Continued use of the forum after that date means you accept the revised terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Cookie settings

We use cookies to keep the site reliable, remember basic choices, and understand which pages are useful. You can accept, reject, or review the settings before continuing.
